How do I sign up as a shopper?
Before you make any purchases at Meshopolis, you need to get an account so we can provide you with a shopping cart and a wish-list basket. To register, simply fill out the information as a new user at Login. As a member, you can access your order history and wish list to better organize your buying activities. Plus you can participate in product reviews and forum discussions!
How do I sign up as a merchant?
We offer three e-commerce packages to accommodate your business needs. Whether you are a basic home-based business or a professional store owner, we have what you need! Ready to sell online? You can proceed to the merchant sign up at Open New Store to select your store name, and the package you prefer. You will have your business running online sooner than you think.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
You can go to Login or Sign in page, and select “Forgot your password? We can help” to retrieve your password by entering your registered email address. For security purposes, our system will issue a new temporary password and send it to your email address. You can change the password later when you login using the temporary assigned password.
Why do I have to wait for the Password Email when I sign up?
This is a general practice to ensure email authenticity of the applicant. Only when you can provide us the password we send to your registered email will we be able to verify that the email provided really belongs to you. Of course, you can change or update the password any time after you log in. We take fraud seriously. This is one of the steps we take to prevent fraud.
